Avoid unnecessary malfunctions or even operational failures by regularly checking the hydraulic oil. We analyse your oil and you will receive detailed information about the contamination in the oil as well as concrete recommendations for measures to be taken in your oil system.

- Particle extraction with 100 ml sample liquid, undiluted

- Photo of the analysis membrane

- Microscopic detail view of the analysis membrane

- Oil cleanliness class ISO-4406 Laser particle counter APC or visual classification according to microscopic comparison pictures)

Chemical Analysis (SET-6010)

Sample size:

- Wear metals, impurities, Additives, determination of elements (ICP)

- PQ-Index

- Water content in %

- Viscosity 40°C

- Viscosity 100°C

- Viscosity index

- Oxidation (FT-IR)

- Neutralisation number (NZ)

The SET-33/60 contains the particular and chemical analysis.

Analysis and investigation report:

After receipt of the oil sample, depending on the sample size, the sample is analysed in the in-house or external laboratory using state-of-the-art equipment.

Once your sample has been analysed, you will receive a summary and concrete recommendations for action to be taken on your oil system. You will receive the laboratory report with a photo of the analysis membrane and a trend for repeated samples of the same system.
