If a return is due to our fault, you will not incur any return shipping costs. This can be the case if you received a defective or incorrect product. In other cases, such as returns due to a change of mind or orders not attributable to our errors, return shipping costs cannot be refunded. We understand that sometimes you need to return a product. Although we generally only accept returns with our approval and the products must be in perfect condition, we want to make the process easier for you. To return items, you need to first login to your personal area, go to your order overview, and select the item you wish to return. After you have sent us the completed form by e-mail, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Please do not return the goods yourself, as in this case we cannot cover the costs for the return shipment.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You can reach us by the contact form below. Send us your request including photos of the damage. Please report damaged goods immediately upon receipt to the shipping service provider, as otherwise the complaint may not be considered.

Purchases that have already left our warehouse can be cancelled, but shipping, packaging and return costs will not be refunded. If the package has not yet left our warehouse, you can contact us from the form below.
Our warranty covers 12 months from the availability notification for shipping. However, please note that certain conditions, such as damage due to improper use or lack of maintenance, may affect this warranty.
